  • Represented Midtown Plaza, LLC in the 5 year lease with food chain American Deli who took 1600 square feet of space in the Midtown Plaza Shopping Center.
  • Represented Premiere Place, LLC in the 5 year lease with Southern Bullion Coin and Trading in a lease that occupied 1508 square feet in the Premiere Place Shopping Center in Prattville, Alabama.
  • Represented Premiere Place, LLC in a transaction with The Next clothing and accessory store.  The space occupied 5,600 square feet.
  • Represented Festival Plaza, LLC in a lease with the Capital City Comic Shop.  The lease term of 5 years was an expansion for the tenant, going from 1600 sf to 2,000 sf in the Festival Plaza Shopping Center.
  • Brokered a sale of land between Festival Plaza II, LLC and the Waffle House on Vaughn Rd in east Montgomery.  The parcel was approximately half an acre and sold for an undisclosed amount.
  • Represented Premiere Place, LLC in a lease with Sweet Frog Yogurt shop who occupied 1600 square feet in the Shopping Center for a 5 year lease term.
  • Sold a 12,000 square foot professional office building on behalf of JDM, LLC on Zelda Court to the United Methodist Children's Foundation for $2,200,000 which is among the highest per square foot office transactions in Montgomery, AL in the peak of the economic recession.
  • Leased 8,000 square feet to Goodwill Industries of Alabama on behalf of Premiere Place, LLC on a 5 year lease term with options.
  • Represented Festival Plaza, LLC in a lease for 5 years with Movie Source who occupied 1600 square feet in the Festival Plaza Shopping Center.
  • Leased 1800 square feet to Berry Frozen Yogurt in the Festival Plaza Shopping Center, representing the landlord in the transaction.
  • Leased 2800 square feet to Iron Tribe Fitness on behalf of Festival Plaza, LLC in a 5 year lease agreement.
  • Represented Festival Plaza, LLC in the lease for 5 years with Mugshots Grill and Bar who occupied 6,750 square feet in the Shopping Center.  The lease provides for options.
  • Leased 1600 square feet to The New Black in Hillcrest Shopping Center in Millbrook, Alabama representing the landlord in the transaction.
  • Represented Hillcrest Center, LLC in a new lease with Approved Cash Advance for 5 years occupying 1600 square feet.
  • Leased 1600 square feet to Southern Bullion Coin and Trading on behalf of Decatur Commons, LLC in a Publix anchored center in Decatur, Alabama.
  • Represented the landlord in a lease of 4,000 square with Hobbs Jewelers out of Huntsville, Alabama in 7 year lease in the Decatur Commons Shopping Center.
  • Leased 18,645 square feet to Goody's who backfilled a Junior Anchor space in the Decatur Commons Shopping Center, representing Decatur Commons, LLC in a 10 year transaction.
